Story About Ourselves
ZG Pearls embarked on its journey from a local event known as "Art Walk" on Whyte Ave in Edmonton during the summer of 2022. ZG Pearls Co-Founder, GG, had previously showcased her handmade candles at Art Walk. Encouraged by her prior success, GG extended an invitation to her neighbor, our Co-Founder ZZ, to join her booth for this year's event. ZZ and GG shared a vision to create something extraordinary. With ZZ's family possessing a freshwater pearls farm in China for 40 years, that had provided hundreds job opportunities to the local community, they decided to seize the opportunity to introduce these exquisite pearls to Canada and share them with fellow pearl lovers.
In October 2022, ZG Pearls proudly debuted their first booth at the Bountiful Farmer's Market in South Edmonton, marking a significant milestone. As time passed, an increasing number of customers began to recognize their designs and exceptional quality. ZG Pearls products evoked profound sentiments in ZG Pearls customers, not only feel loves from their families, partners, and loved ones, but also fostering a unique connection with themselves.
ZZ and GG were met with an outpouring of affection and support at the markets, their spirits lifted by the encouragement from everyone. ZG Pearls not solely as a pearl jeweler, but also as a sister, a friend, and a family.
